• No guarantee is provided regarding service quality or fitness.
• LYT has right of indemnification for losses caused by misuse of Website or App.
• Availability of services is not guaranteed.

Visa, Passport & Travel Responsibility

• LYT is not liable for visa rejections.
• Hotel cancellation policies remain applicable.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from return date.
• Handwritten passports are not valid.
• Passports must contain barcode and not be tampered.
• Name on passport must match visa documents.

Force Majeure

LYT shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, epidemics or transportation failures.

Upon cessation of such events, Terms shall become operative again. If Force Majeure persists, either party may terminate the agreement in writing.

Transaction Distinction

All commercial terms are agreed between travellers and travel agents. LYT does not control or determine such contractual terms.

The Website and App only provide a platform for interaction. The contract for services is strictly between you and the travel agent.

Limitation of Liability

LYT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including loss of data, profits or services arising from use of Website or App.

LYT does not guarantee representation or warranty of travel agents’ legal status, identity or creditworthiness. You are advised to independently verify travel agents before engaging.

By using our Website or App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
